The Power of Women, Connection, and Philanthropy

I was honored to be part of the inaugural Power of the Dress: Women's History Month Brunch and Dress Exchange hosted by Betty Francisco and Hilina Ajakaiye in March. The pair brought together 25 women for empowering and uplifting conversations about making a difference in our communities. Dress donations benefitted Dress for Success, which provides professional attire and career support for women striving for economic independence.

This event reinforced for me the incredible impact people can create when they come together with intention. And it reinforced a core belief of mine, that philanthropy isn't just about writing checks—it's about sharing resources, building networks, and creating opportunities for others to thrive. I left feeling energized and eager to remain connected with the many amazing women and to keep pushing for what I believe is possible through Pathways.

Let's connect if you are looking for a strategic approach to your giving plans. And if you would like to learn more about Dress for Success, visit their website boston.dressforsuccess.org.
