About Pathway Philanthropic Solutions
Pathway Philanthropic was established in 2023 by Katie Collins with the goal of approaching both grantmaking and fundraising with a new lens. Deeply rooted in creativity and collaboration, Pathway Philanthropic breaks down silos within the giving sector and creates actionable resources and strategies to help clients chart a path to greater impact. Having sat on all sides of the table, Katie brings a unique experience and perspective to her firm's mission and her work with donors, non-profits and advisors, tailoring each consulting engagement, forging deep partnerships, and setting clients up for success in an ever-changing world.

Katie Collins, Founder & Principal
Katie’s passion for working with non-profits began within the Development Office at Dana-Farber where she played a leadership role in transforming it into the first hospital in New England to successfully raise $1 billion in a capital campaign. Following that, she joined the Private Donor Group team at Fidelity Charitable where she served as a Philanthropic Strategist supporting individual donors and families, and also helped to establish Fidelity’s Next Gen Fellows Program. At Fiduciary Trust Company she was deeply involved in client relationships and portfolio management as a VP and Investment Officer. Her industry involvement extends to various Board and Committee positions, including her current role on the Board of Advisors for Community Servings.
